By shopping with The Scrub Shop, whether in-store or online, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

General

The Scrub Shop reserves the right to update policies, pricing, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

Purchases & Payments

All payments are due at the time of purchase.

We accept cash, card, and approved digital payment methods.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made in-store and online are final

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days on selected items.

Items may be Exchanged to the store at the following address:
205 East Dunklin Street, Ste. F, Jefferson City, MO 65101

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Final Sale Items Include:

• Clearance items

• White or off-white scrubs

• Scrubs Reimagined collection

• Customized or embroidered items

Special Orders & Backorders

Special orders require full payment at time of order.

Backordered items depend on vendor availability.

Once placed, special orders are non-refundable.

Store Credit

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• Lost or unused credit cannot be replaced

Scrubs Reimagined Donation Program

Donated scrubs are counted by individual piece (top = 1, bottom = 1).

Store credit is issued based on qualifying donation tiers.

Donated items are inspected and sanitized before resale.

Donation does not guarantee resale placement.

Store credit is an incentive for donation, not payment for individual items.

All donation and resale decisions are final.

Customer Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior.

Website & Online Use

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

We are not responsible for typographical errors or outdated listings.

Online transactions are processed through secure payment providers.

Privacy

Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share personal information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
