We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days on selected items.

Return Shipping Policy

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. To qualify for an exchange, items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery. Items sent after 7 days will not be accepted.

Once item(s) have been received and inspected, a virtual gift card will be issued to the email address used to place the order if the item(s) meet the requirements for store credit.

Store Credit Requirements:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, have tags attached.

Final sale: Clearance/Sale items, Accessories (EXCLUDING HAND BAGS), White/off-white scrubs, Scrubs Reimagined Collection, and customized items, Embroidery items.
