Shipping policy
Shipping Methods & Delivery
• We ship using trusted carriers (USPS and UPS)
• Delivery times vary based on location
- UPS Ground shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment
- Priority USPS mail typically arrives within 7-10 business days after shipment
Shipping Fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout
• Free local pickup may be available when offered
Tracking
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped
Incorrect Address
• Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information
• The Scrub Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Lost or Delayed Packages
• Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery delays are beyond our control
• We will assist with carrier claims when possible
Damaged Items
• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist
Backordered Items
• If an item is on backorder, we will notify you with an estimated ship date
